Groundskeeper/Maintenance

This position is for a new Team Member at Chattanooga's newest luxury apartment community, District at Riverside.

Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Daily grounds pick up, to include all amenities and all breezeways - all floors
  • Daily cleaning of office and amenities
  • Turnkey Cleaning and Touch Up Cleaning of Apartments
  • Assist Maintenance Team with other tasks
  • Learning and assisting with pool maintenance
  • Dog Park and Dog Park Station maintenance
  • Model Touch Up Cleaning
  • Various Maintenance Tasks
