Job Description

Life As A Group Charter Sales Executive

  • Building your list of potential clients by researching internal and external databases, websites and social media
  • Pro-actively targeting your list through outbound sales calls, emails and visits (both face-to-face and virtual) and converting them from potential clients into ACS clients
  • Building relationships with Airlines and Commercial Jet Operators to ensure we can provide the most suitable aircraft choices for the clients’ requirements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
  • Ensure you are consistently exceeding both your sales activity and financial targets
  • Managing charter bookings from enquiry to completion
  • Flight repping / overseeing flight departures
  • Working productively in a pressurised environment

Qualifications

The Person

  • Previous experience working in a customer facing role in luxury products and services - desired
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Client focused with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Proven track record of working towards sales targets and KPIs
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Strong communications skills both verbally and in writing
  • *Must be able to travel frequently & often at short notice*
  • Full UK drivers license required
