We are now looking for a Group Exercise Operations Assistant who will work alongside the Senior Group Exercise Manager in order to ensure that we remain best in class and continue to be the Third Space for our members and enabling them to be their personal best.

What you'll do:

As a Group Exercise Operations Assistant you will:

  • Deliver exceptional group exercise experiences by supporting instructors, maintaining high class standards, and ensuring a welcoming member environment.
  • Build strong relationships with members and instructors, acting as a key point of contact and proactively responding to feedback.
  • Drive class performance by monitoring attendance, supporting instructor success, and helping achieve participation targets.
  • Collaborate with fitness, sales, and operations teams to deliver a seamless, premium member experience across the club.
  • Support the planning and delivery of exciting events, promotions, and initiatives that engage members and showcase the brand.
  • Champion health, safety, and continuous improvement while contributing to a positive, high-performing team culture.

What we're looking for:

  • Experienced group exercise instructor with a passion for delivering outstanding member experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships both face-to-face and through phone and email.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ambitious, proactive, and keen to develop, with an interest in progressing into a Group Exercise Management role.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Level 2 Fitness qualification (or a nationally accredited equivalent)
