About the role
We’re looking for a Transfer Pricing head to lead the Group Transfer Pricing function.
Working within the tax department and interacting closely with the finance and wider business teams of Revolut, the role is to be responsible for transfer pricing planning, compliance and defense work for all countries where Revolut has a presence.

The role can be based remotely and/or in Revolut’s London offices.

What you’ll be doing
As the Group Transfer Pricing lead, you will be taking on a new position which includes the end-to-end transfer pricing responsibilities for Revolut, including:
• Design of adaptable, commercial and defensible transfer pricing structure which is capable of being sufficiently flexible to adapt to growing with the business.
• Partnering with multiple stakeholders to provide support on transfer pricing related issues
• Handling transfer pricing analysis and reporting
• Preparation of Master and Local files for transfer pricing for the different parts of the business which are compliant with local requirements, and collectively defensible individually and collectively.
• Process optimisation covering end-to-end transfer pricing operations from incurrence of cost through to calculation and processing of recharges, benchmarking and payments, documentation, month-end and year-end reconciliations and working with other tax team members to ensure full tax compliance.
• Providing advice on transfer pricing implications of new business initiatives
• Supporting transfer pricing audits, including responding to tax authorities on matters or queries relating to transfer pricing.

What you'll need
• You possess a degree in Finance, Law, Economics or similar area
• You have prior experience in a similar role and likely to have 8+ years experience in this area
• You have proven advisory and compliance experience across direct tax, indirect tax, international tax and transfer pricing.
• You have strong analytical skills and a high attention to detail.
• You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders.
• You will have strong analytical and excel programming skills
• You will be comfortable with working across disciplines and with different teams in a changing business environment.
• You ideally have experience of Netsuite and Oracle finance systems.
