Growth Marketing ExecutiveGrowth Marketing Executive

Location: UK Remote (Access to Maidenhead office)

Contract: Full-time/Part-time

Our dashboards are used by modern IT and engineering teams to turn data into smarter decisions. Our happy customers include major brands around the world, from McLaren and New Balance to the US House of Representatives and the City of Sydney. This is only the start of our journey to unlock the power of data for everyone.

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Executive to join our marketing team at an important stage in SquaredUp’s growth.

This role is a great opportunity for someone seeking a launchpad into SaaS product-led growth (PLG) and growth marketing. SquaredUp has strong foundations and clear momentum, but is still at a stage where marketing work is highly visible and individuals can have a real impact.

You’ll be joining as growth initiatives, systems, and processes are actively being built and refined, rather than simply maintained. You’ll support a broad range of growth marketing activities, including email marketing, lifecycle nurtures, organic search and AEO, paid acquisition support, reporting, and marketing operations. Rather than being limited to a narrow remit, you’ll gain exposure across the marketing engine and develop a strong understanding of how modern SaaS companies grow.

You’ll work closely with the Director of Growth Marketing and collaborate with colleagues across marketing and the wider business. Strategic direction will be provided, but you’ll be trusted to take ownership of execution, spot opportunities, and follow work through from plan to delivery, with clear scope to take on greater responsibility as the business continues to scale.

What you’ll do

  • Email marketing – help create, send, and improve marketing emails, including automated nurtures and one-off emails for events, product updates, and content.
  • Organic search – monitor performance and support content updates.
  • Paid ads support – assist with the day-to-day monitoring of ad campaigns and help flag performance trends or issues.
  • Content & communication – write and assemble straightforward marketing content, such as emails or basic web copy, using AI tools where appropriate.
  • Reporting – support basic analytics, reporting, and trend spotting across marketing activities.

You’ll bring

  • Early-career, growth-oriented mindset – you’re excited to start or accelerate a career in SaaS growth marketing and see this role as a strong foundation to build from.
  • Curious and quick to learn – you’re comfortable picking up new concepts, tools, and ways of working, even if you haven’t used them before.
  • Gets things done – you’re organised, proactive, and like following tasks through from start to finish. You’re happy to say \"leave it with me\" and take responsibility.
  • Comfortable with data, tools, and AI – you’re interested in using technology to work smarter and enjoy learning how data and tools can improve marketing performance.
