Your Role And Responsibilities

At HashiCorp, an IBM Company, we build the infrastructure that enables innovation. Our suite of multi-cloud infrastructure automation products support real-world workflows spanning multiple cloud environments.

  • Campaign Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop full-funnel campaign strategies aligned with business objectives targeted toward decision-maker audiences.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign goals and target audience.
    • Plan and execute integrated campaigns across channels including digital, events, web, social, email and content marketing.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Drive alignment with Marketing and cross-functional partners across Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Growth Marketing, Partner Marketing, DevRel, the Worldwide Field Organization and others to drive strategy and gather requirements.
  • Content Development and Messaging:
    • Work with content creators to develop compelling content for practitioner and decision-maker audiences.
    • Ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning across all campaign materials.
    • Create and optimize emails, content pages, and event program materials for different buyer journey stages.
  • Lead Generation and Nurturing:
    • Implement lead generation tactics to acquire high-quality leads.
    • Design and execute lead and account nurturing campaigns to guide prospects through the funnel.
    • Collaborate with the sales play team to align marketing with lead conversion goals.
  • Project Management:
    • Use Asana as the primary project management tool to plan, organize, and execute campaigns.
    • Run a campaign pod, including sprints, to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
    • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; identify and mitigate risks that may impact timelines or quality.
  • Campaign Performance Analysis:
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics with Marketing Operations to measure success.
    • Provide regular KPI reports and data-driven recommendations for optimization.
    • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in campaign strategies.

This job can be performed from anywhere in the US.

Education
Bachelor\'s Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • 4+ years of relevant experience overseeing high-velocity and scaled marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing global programs with diverse teams and engaging stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in formulating and implementing campaign strategies that achieve measurable funnel metrics and KPIs.
  • Diverse background across marketing disciplines including demand generation, integrated marketing, campaigns, and performance marketing.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

  • Experience at high-growth tech companies.
  • Experience marketing cloud services and/or software solutions.
  • Experience marketing towards a decision-maker audience.
