We are recruiting for a club manager to lead our team at Anytime Fitness Tottenham Hale.

This role requires an inspirational leader with proven flair and commercial ability. We are looking for an exceptional manager with the experience of developing the standards and reputation of an established gym whilst nurturing a growing membership base and team

The successful candidate will take the reins of an established club with ambitious plans to increase membership, strengthen our community presence and build upon a solid foundation built over the last 2 years.

The Opportunity:

  • As Club Manager, you'll lead from the front.
  • You will inspire your team, engage with members every day and take full ownership of the club's commercial performance.
  • You will be equally comfortable speaking with prospective members, coaching and mentoring your team, organising community events, reviewing KPIs and ensuring the club operates to the highest possible standards.
  • Success in this role will be measured not just by sales, but by member satisfaction, retention and the culture you create.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team.

  • Manage the club's social media presence and local brand awareness.
  • Monitor KPIs including sales, retention, referrals and member satisfaction.

  • Ensure operational excellence across health & safety, compliance and presentation.
  • Take ownership of maintenance issues and resolve problems quickly.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve the member experience.

You'll already have experience managing people in a customer-focused environment, ideally in a gym environment.

Experience Required:

  • Previous experience as a Club Manager, Assistant Manager, or General Manager in fitness, leisure, hospitality, or retail.
  • Proven experience increasing sales and improving customer retention.
  • Experience managing KPIs and budgets.
  • Experience leading and developing successful teams.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing and community engagement.
