Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued from the moment they walk in
- Assist stylists with various services such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, and other beauty treatments
- Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and maintaining client records
- Support store management by organizing supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the salon environment is inviting and professional
- Engage in upselling additional services or retail products to enhance client experience and salon revenue
- Mentor new team members by sharing knowledge of salon procedures and customer service standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions or concerns promptly and professionally
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with clients and team members
- Previous experience in store management or front desk roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential
- Knowledge of barbering techniques or experience in hair styling is a plus
- Skills in eyelash extensions, makeup application, or related beauty treatments are highly desirable
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to upsell services or products tactfully to enhance client satisfaction and salon success
- A passion for the beauty industry with a desire to grow professionally within a lively team setting

Pay: £14.00-£33.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
