Salary: £26,981.09 + £3,120 Night Allowance + £1,000 MHE
Shift Pattern: Working 5 days per week – Nights
Location: Harlow

Role Profile

  • Continue the positive safety and CI culture embedded into our site.
  • Integrate training responsibilities with regular warehouse duties.
  • Proactively undertake training analysis seeking improvements in process and methods of operating.
  • Ensure all working procedures maintain legal compliance and are clearly defined and cascaded, with regular reviews to ensure effectiveness.
  • Ensuring all necessary resources are available for training to take place.
  • Giving feedback on any identified problems in the training content and/or process.
  • Reviewing and adjusting training methods as appropriate.
  • Effectively communicate to all stakeholders surrounding training requirements.
  • Undertaking direct training of colleagues.
  • Flexible working patterns will be required.

Person Profile

  • Excellent team building and motivational skills.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage own time.
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills and well‑developed presentation skills.
  • Confident and competent in the use of Microsoft office applications (e.g., Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
