Role Overview In this role, you will shape and execute the company's client success strategy, collaborate with talented teams, and influence the company's growth. Reporting directly to the Founder/CEO, you will scale the client success and operations departments, work closely with the founders, and be part of the management team. Your responsibilities include: Responsibilities * Manage, grow, and mentor the client success team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. * Focus on customer success to enable exponential growth and expansion. * Implement best practices in people management and scale functions across markets. * Harmonize cross-departmental processes to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction. * Work closely with the organization to create an excellent end-to-end user journey. Minimum Requirements * 5+ years of leadership experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments. * Strong project management and process creation skills. * Proven success in leading and scaling client success, operations, or sales functions. * Experience in high-growth businesses, with strong analytical skills and commercial acumen. * Proficiency with automation tools to scale operations. * Passion for coaching, mentoring, and creating a positive team culture. * Experience in growing customer success functions to support rapid business growth.
