A growing European Private Equity firm is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Communications & Marketing to lead its global communications and marketing function.

This newly created leadership role offers the opportunity to shape and protect the firm’s brand as it expands internationally. Working closely with senior leadership and deal teams, you will drive integrated communications across multiple channels and geographies, covering brand management, portfolio communications, crisis management, corporate profile building, investor relations, and event strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a global brand and content strategy.
  • Oversee portfolio and deal-related communications, including press and crisis management.
  • Strengthen corporate profile through media, awards, and thought leadership.
  • Support fundraising and investor relations with tailored communications.
  • Lead internal communications to align culture and values across the firm.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in communications, PR, and marketing within private equity (essential).
  • Proven track record managing global campaigns and advising senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical, commercial, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
