Develop and implement a platform partnership strategy that aligns with the overall goals and values of Everyone TV and the BBC. Identify and foster relationships with potential platform partners, including streaming services and social media platforms. Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with platform partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for Everyone TV and the partner. Collaborate with internal teams, such as content creators, marketing, and legal, to develop and execute platform-specific plans for promoting Everyone TV's programming. Monitor and analyze platform performance and user engagement to inform future strategies and decisions. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in the media landscape, anticipating potential challenges and identifying new opportunities for partnership. Communicate regularly with platform partners to maintain strong relationships and address any issues or concerns. Work closely with the Commercial Team to drive revenue through platform partnerships and explore new monetization opportunities. Champion inclusivity and diversity in all partnerships, ensuring that Everyone TV's content is accessible and reflective of all communities. Represent Everyone TV at industry events and conferences, promoting our brand and building connections with potential partners. Lead and manage a team of platform partnership specialists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
