<p><strong>Head of Marketing</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Milton Keynes | Cleantech | Consumer Technology</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Intervl is supporting a rapidly growing, design-led consumer technology business in the appointment of a <strong>Head of Marketing</strong>.</p><p><br></p><p>The company has experienced significant growth and is looking for a commercially driven marketing leader to take ownership of the marketing function and support the next stage of its development.</p><p><br></p><p>Experience within<strong> consumer technology, energy, high-end consumer products or another design-led sector</strong> would be particularly relevant, although we're open to exceptional marketers from other B2C environments.</p><p><br></p><p>Reporting directly to the Board, this is a broad and hands-on leadership role with responsibility for <strong>brand, customer acquisition, digital marketing and the end-to-end customer journey</strong>.</p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>You will take ownership of the overall marketing strategy and execution, including:</p><ul><li>Managing a significant Google and Meta paid media budget</li><li>Developing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and measurable sales growth</li><li>Managing and developing the company's premium brand positioning</li><li>Overseeing PR, social media and wider brand awareness activity</li><li>Owning the customer journey across digital acquisition, website, enquiry/quote process, CRM communications and post-purchase experience</li><li>Developing lifecycle, referral and customer advocacy programmes</li><li>Managing a significant multi-million-pound marketing budget</li><li>Working closely with the Board, Sales and Commercial teams to support continued growth</li><li>Leading and developing the wider marketing function and external partners</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>The Person</strong></p><p>We're looking for a <strong>commercially minded B2C marketing leader</strong> rather than a specialist in one particular marketing discipline.</p><p><br></p><p>You are likely to have:</p><ul><li>Experience leading a broad B2C marketing function</li><li>Strong knowledge of paid acquisition and performance marketing</li><li>Experience managing significant marketing budgets</li><li>A track record of connecting marketing activity directly to sales and commercial growth</li><li>Strong understanding of brand positioning, ideally within a <strong>premium, design-led or technology-focused environment</strong></li><li>Experience across CRM, customer lifecycle and digital customer journeys</li><li>Strong people and agency management experience</li><li>A hands-on and entrepreneurial approach</li><li>Experience working closely with senior leadership or Board-level stakeholders</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Location</strong></p><p>The position is based in the <strong>Milton Keynes area</strong></p><p>This is an opportunity to take genuine ownership of the marketing function within a growing business, with the budget, autonomy and senior-level backing to make a significant commercial impact.</p><p><br></p><p>For a confidential conversation, please contact Intervl Group.</p><p><br></p>
