Role Description

Our Sales team powers customer growth around the world. From prospecting to acquisition and activation, they own their market segments, solve complex problems, and help more customers discover the value of Revolut with a sharp, solution-oriented approach.

We're looking for a Crypto Sales Executive with expertise in digital assets, institutional trading, and relationship management to accelerate growth by building strategic partnerships.

What you'll be doing:

  • Identifying, pitching, and onboarding institutional prospects
  • Understanding client requirements to position the full Revolut X stack
  • Identifying gaps in the market and collaborating with internal teams to develop and launch new institutional-grade offerings (e.g., lending, prime brokerage)
  • Taking ownership of the entire sales funnel, from initial outreach and market research to drafting and closing complex partnership agreements
  • Maintaining high-touch relationships with your book of business, gathering actionable feedback to drive continuous product improvement
  • Staying ahead of market trends and competitor movements to ensure our value proposition remains best-in-class

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in institutional sales or business development within a high-growth financial environment
  • 3+ years of dedicated crypto institutional exposure in the digital asset/Web3 space, specifically in outbound sales
  • A robust, active book of business and network across hedge funds, HFTs, banks, and asset managers
  • A proven track record of initiating, managing, and deepening relationships with clear examples of revenue growth
  • Familiarity with institutional-grade products, including OTC flows, API trading, and custodial architecture
  • Fluency in English with exceptional communication skills, and a flawless ability to present complex concepts to C-suite executives
  • The capacity to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a sharp focus on high-yield KPIs
  • A thorough understanding of the evolving regulatory landscape surrounding digital assets and institutional trading
