Role Description

The day-to-day work is comprised of working on projects using cutting-edge technologies like RPA and connected technologies like machine learning, chatbots, and content intelligence tools like ABBYY, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, NICE, etc. both in-house and at our customer's offices (UK mostly NewCastle upon Tyne or Telford). The work involves meeting with clients and working alongside them both digitally and in person to understand their needs.

Qualifications

  • IT RPA development certification or experience for at least a few months or an IT qualified with 2+ years of RPA experience and training in RPA.
  • Development knowledge in RPA, C#, .NET, Java or Python.
  • Basic IT knowledge in Windows or Linux environment.
  • Working on a virtual, globally distributed team.

Requirements

  • Communication and networking skills with English at a high level as the working language.
  • Minimum of 2 years' of experience in working with process automation software like UiPath, Blue Prism, NICE, Automation Anywhere, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, HTML, or JavaScript and understanding of object-oriented programming.
  • Experience in mapping and improving business processes or working methods.
  • Been part of an Agile team.
  • Experience in customer-facing positions.
  • Ability to think logically and analytically with a sharp eye for detail.
