We're recruiting a talented Hospitality Head Chef to lead a premium hospitality operation within a prestigious Business & Industry contract in Central London.

This is an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional hospitality, from large breakfast events and buffets to canapés, masterclasses and fine dining. You'll have the freedom to create seasonal menus while leading a talented kitchen team in a premium corporate environment.

The Role

  • Lead the hospitality kitchen operation.
  • Create seasonal hospitality menus.
  • Deliver exceptional breakfasts, buffets and lunches.

  • Manage food costs, ordering and stock control.
  • Maintain exceptional food quality and food safety standards.
  • Inspire and develop the kitchen team.

About You

  • Hospitality Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef experience.
  • Strong background in premium hospitality and events.
  • Experience delivering high-volume breakfasts and buffets.
  • Confident producing fine dining, canapés and corporate hospitality.
  • Creative with excellent commercial awareness.
  • A hands-on leader who thrives in a premium corporate environment.
  • Reliable, consistent and committed to long-term roles.
