<ul id='job-meta'></ul><p><strong>Hospitality Sales Administrator</strong></p><br/><p><strong>Location:</strong> Covent Garden, London<br /> <strong>Department:</strong> Sales & Events<br /> <strong>Contract:</strong> Temp - ongoing</p><br/><p>We are looking for a highly organised, personable and proactive <strong>Sales Administrator</strong> to support our Sales Manager across three sites. This is a hands-on role at the centre of our sales and reservations process, managing incoming enquiries, following up with leads and coordinating with our on-site teams to turn enquiries into confirmed bookings.</p><br/><p>You will act as a key link between prospective clients, the Sales team and the teams on the ground, ensuring enquiries are responded to promptly, bookings are managed accurately and clients receive an excellent hospitality experience from their first interaction.</p><br/><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><br/><ul><br/><li>Monitor and follow up on <strong>new sales leads and enquiries</strong> received through the website, email and reservation platforms.</li><br/><li>Respond to incoming enquiries, understand client requirements and ensure each enquiry is directed to the appropriate member of the Sales or on-site team.</li><br/><li>Support the management and coordination of <strong>reservations, events and bookings</strong> across three sites.</li><br/><li>Work closely with on-site teams to confirm availability, menus, event requirements and client-specific requests or modifications.</li><br/><li>Use <strong>7Rooms, OpenTable and other reservation systems</strong> to manage bookings and maintain accurate client information.</li><br/><li>Follow up with prospective clients to progress enquiries and support the conversion of leads into confirmed bookings.</li><br/><li>Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager, helping to maintain an organised and up-to-date sales pipeline.</li><br/><li>Act as a central point of contact between the Sales team and approximately <strong>10 key stakeholders across the three sites</strong>, ensuring information is communicated accurately and efficiently.</li><br/><li>Assist with menu enquiries and modifications, working with operational teams to establish what can be accommodated for individual bookings and events.</li><br/><li>Coordinate booking amendments, special requirements and client requests, ensuring relevant teams are kept informed.</li><br/><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date booking and client information across relevant systems.</li><br/><li>Provide a consistently professional and engaging experience to clients throughout the enquiry and booking process.</li><br/><li>Support the wider Sales and Events team with administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as required.</li><br/></ul><br/><p><strong>About You</strong></p><br/><p>We are looking for someone with a genuine understanding of <strong>hospitality, restaurants, hotels or events</strong>, who is comfortable dealing with the practical questions and requirements that arise during the booking process.</p><br/><p>You will ideally have:</p><br/><ul><br/><li>Previous experience in <strong>hospitality, restaurants, hotels, events or reservations</strong>.</li><br/><li>Experience handling <strong>bookings, reservations, enquiries or sales leads</strong>.</li><br/><li>A good understanding of the hospitality customer journey and the ability to identify the right questions to ask when handling an enquiry.</li><br/><li>Experience using reservation or booking platforms; <strong>7Rooms and OpenTable</strong> experience would be advantageous.</li><br/><li>Excellent written and verbal <strong>communication skills</strong>.</li><br/><li>Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple enquiries and competing priorities.</li><br/><li>A proactive approach to following up leads and progressing opportunities.</li><br/><li>The ability to build strong working relationships with clients, colleagues and on-site teams.</li><br/><li>Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate booking information.</li><br/><li>A flexible and adaptable approach, with the confidence to work in a <strong>fast-paced, dynamic environment</strong>.</li><br/><li>The ability to work independently while also collaborating closely with a wider team.</li><br/></ul><br/><p> </p><p>Office Angels is an employment agency and business.
