Housekeeping Staff

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping staff to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities

  • Cleaning resident bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas to a high standard.
  • Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including offices, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces, ensuring they are spotless and well-maintained.
  • Use appropriate cleaning tools and supplies to carry out tasks efficiently and safely.
  • Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability.
  • Follow established health and safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or contamination.
  • Maintaining infection prevention and control procedures.
  • Ensuring cleaning equipment and materials are used safely and stored correctly.
  • Replenishing supplies such as toiletries, soap, and cleaning products.
  • Reporting maintenance issues, hazards, or concerns to the appropriate person.
  • Supporting a positive and friendly environment for residents and visitors.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in health care cleaning or janitorial work is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled hours.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of proper cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the facility’s operational hours.
