About the role:

As part of a growing HR team, you'll work closely with the HR Manager, COO, Operations team, and colleagues across the business, gaining exposure to the full employee lifecycle while supporting employees across multiple regions.

From day one, you'll be involved in a broad range of HR activities, supporting the end-to-end employee lifecycle through high-quality HR administration. You'll play a key role in ensuring our HR processes run smoothly, maintaining accurate records, supporting colleagues across the business, and helping us deliver an excellent employee experience. As the business continues to grow globally, you'll also have opportunities to contribute to process improvements, support international HR activities, and develop your HR knowledge and skills across multiple areas of the function.

What you’ll be doing:

No two days will be the same. You’ll be involved in:

  • Managing day-to-day HR administration and employee queries through the shared HR inbox
  • Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes to create a smooth and positive employee experience
  • Preparing, issuing, and tracking HR documentation including contracts, letters, and policy updates
  • Maintaining accurate employee records across HR systems and ensuring excellent data quality
  • Supporting HR processes in collaboration with IT, Finance, Operations, and managers
  • Assisting with benefits administration, absence tracking, and employee lifecycle changes
  • Supporting HR reporting, audits, and compliance activities, including ISO aligned documentation
  • Supporting HR meetings, capturing actions, and ensuring follow-ups are completed
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and helping us continuously enhance our HR operations.

  • Has experience in HR administration, HR coordination, HR officer, HR assistant, people coordinator, or people operations support roles
  • Understands core HR processes and UK employment fundamentals
  • Is highly organised, enjoys getting into the detail, and takes ownership of delivering accurate, high-quality work
  • Communicates confidently and builds strong relationships across teams
  • Enjoys managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Has experience using HR systems and maintaining accurate employee data
  • Handles confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Brings a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and looks for ways to improve processes
  • Is curious about HR technology, systems, and new ways of working
  • Is willing to roll up their sleeves, support the wider team, and get involved wherever needed in a growing HR function
