Job Title: HR & Recruitment Executive
Location: Newry (4 days onsite - 1 day from home)

About you:

  • At least 3 year's broad generalist HR/Recruitment experience, ideally within FMCG or manufacturing environments
  • Proven ability to provide support on employee relations matters but not necessarily leading on the process.
  • Strong recruitment experience
  • Experience in handling HR data and systems with attention to detail
  • CIPD qualification or working towards it is desirable but not essential
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with a practical, solutions-driven mindset

What you'll do:

  • Build strong relationships with operational managers to understand their workforce needs and challenges
  • Support the HR Business Partner in providing HR advice on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
  • Analyse HR data to identify trends and support decision-making processes
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a proactive approach to talent attraction
  • Assist the HR Business Partner in developing leadership and people-management capability across teams
  • Play an active role in employee engagement initiatives and culture enhancement
