Human Resources Business Partner
<p>At Diageo, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our busy HR team. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for providing professional HR advice and service to internal stakeholders, providing advice and guidance on HR-related issues and ensuring that HR programs and processes are aligned to our business objectives.To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field, with at least five years of experience in a similar role. You must also have extensive knowledge of human resources policies and procedures, as well as experience using Microsoft Office Suite. Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies, plans, and programs that support business objectives and organizational goals. Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders on all HR-related issues. Monitor employee performance and provide guidance and coaching to ensure effective working relationships. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication. Oversee the recruitment process, including interviewing, onboarding, and training of new employees. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Manage employee records and personnel data to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws. Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances in a timely manner. Prepare reports and analyze data related to HR initiatives and performance. Remain up-to-date on current HR best practices and trends.</p><p>Diageo is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
