Hybrid Family PA/EA

Hybrid Family PA/EA

UK-Based | UHNW Family

Marcilly Recruitment is seeking an exceptional hybrid / remote Family PA/EA to support a highly regarded UHNW family, working closely with the family, PA, EA, Chief of Staff and members of household staff.

This hybrid / remote Family PA/EA role can either be remote or hybrid depending on the candidate. As is natural in this type of role, flexibility is key and the successful candidate must be available to be on site 2-3 days a week whilst they get to know the family and the team for the first 3-6 months (including for the remote setup). For the remote role, the candidate must then be willing to be on site 1-4 times a month (or as required) depending on what is going on and where. For the hybrid role, the candidate will be expected to be on site 2-3 days per week when the family are in residence, however when the family are traveling this will be greatly reduced.

The hybrid / remote Family PA/EA will be joining a warm and respectful family environment, working collaboratively alongside an excellent team. They require someone who has worked as a Private PA/EA in an UHNW fast paced environment, but they do not need the ultra-lavish lifestyle experience as this role is not focussed on the glitz and the glam. Exceptional standards are still required throughout, including a highly adaptable candidate who can meet the ever-changing needs of an UHNW family.

Salary: TBD + generous benefits Location: Hybrid / remote (must be UK-based) Working Pattern: 5 days fixed schedule, including Saturday and Sunday / 2 consecutive days off during week Start Date: ASAP (happy to wait for the right candidate)

This hybrid / remote Family PA/EA position will involve weekend support as part of the five-day working schedule, with two consecutive days off during the week. When working, the remote / hybrid Family PA/EA must be active on their phone and emails, and available to respond to matters as needed, ensuring seamless support at all times. This is not a 24/7 role as the principals do not operate in that way. However, the candidate needs to be available for last minute schedule changes, travel and emergencies as is natural in a normal Private PA/EA role. There are natural ebbs and flows to the job.
