Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain robust Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, including identity provisioning, authentication, authorization, and audit controls.
  • Manage and enhance Privileged Access Management (PAM) systems to secure critical infrastructure and sensitive data.
  • Administer and optimize Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO) platforms for enterprise-wide adoption.
  • Conduct regular security assessments, audits, and vulnerability remediation related to identity systems.
  • Develop and enforce identity security policies, standards, and procedures in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with development, operations, and business teams to integrate IAM solutions into new and existing applications and services.
  • Provide expert guidance and support for identity-related incidents, troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Stay abreast of the latest identity security trends, threats, and technologies, recommending proactive measures to enhance the overall security posture.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or related cybersecurity fields.
  • Proven expertise with IAM platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, ForgeRock, Microsoft Identity Manager).
  • Strong understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, Kerberos, LDAP).
  • Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools (e.g., CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation and integration.
  • Solid knowledge of cybersecurity principles, network security, and operating systems (Windows, Linux).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
