Position Overview We are actively seeking enthusiastic, selfmotivated individuals to fill the role of EntryLevel Remote Customer Support Chat Agent. This is a fully remote, flexibleschedule position that allows you to work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection. As a frontline ambassador of arenaflex, you will handle live chat inquiries, resolve support tickets, and even assist with salesrelated questionsall while delivering the highquality, friendly service that defines our brand. Core Details Position: EntryLevel Customer Support Chat Agent Company: arenaflex Compensation: Competitive hourly rate of $35 per hour Location: 100% Remote open to candidates worldwide (U.S. residents preferred) Contract Type: Flexible, no fixed term work as much as you like, with a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week Start Date: Immediate openings you can begin as soon as you complete onboarding Key Responsibilities As a Customer Support Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will be entrusted with a variety of tasks that directly influence customer satisfaction and brand reputation. Your daytoday duties will include: Monitoring and responding to live chat inquiries on client websites, mobile apps, and social media platforms in real time. Providing clear, concise, and accurate answers to both technical support questions and salesrelated queries. Escalating complex issues to senior support specialists while ensuring the customer feels heard and valued. Documenting each interaction in the CRM system, capturing key details that help improve future service. Identifying patterns in customer feedback and sharing insights with product and marketing teams to drive continuous improvement. Adhering to arenaflexs toneofvoice guidelines, ensuring every message reflects our brands friendly, helpful, and professional personality. Participating in regular training sessions, roleplays, and performance reviews to sharpen communication skills and product knowledge. Maintaining a high level of productivity while meeting or exceeding servicelevel agreements (SLAs) for response time and resolution. Essential Qualifications We are looking for candidates who demonstrate the following core attributes, even if they have no prior professional experience in customer support: Reliable highspeed internet connection and a computer or laptop capable of running multiple chat windows simultaneously. Exceptional written communication skills, with a keen eye for grammar, spelling, and tone. Strong problemsolving abilities and a natural curiosity to learn new tools and product information quickly. Selfdiscipline to work independently, manage time effectively, and follow detailed instructions. Availability to commit to at least 10 hours per week, with flexibility to increase hours based on performance and business needs. A positive, customercentric attitude and a genuine desire to help people resolve their issues.
