Based: Home based

Hours: Full time 08:45am 4:45pm Monday Thursday / 08:45am 3:30pm Friday

Salary: £30,000 plus bonus opportunity

About the Role

Were looking for a driven and people-focusedInternal Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where youll take ownership of attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across the business.

Working closely with the Recruitment Manager and internal stakeholders, youll play a key role in shaping our workforceensuring we bring in the right people, at the right time, to support our continued success.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Proactively sourcing candidates using job boards and LinkedIn
  • Developing creative strategies to attract high-quality talent
  • Screening and shortlisting candidates across multiple vacancies
  • Conducting engaging telephone interviews and initial assessments
  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers across the business
  • Coordinating interviews and delivering a positive candidate experience
  • Providing timely and constructive feedback to candidates
  • Keeping internal systems and records accurate and up to date
  • Ensuring compliance and maintaining confidential recruitment data

What Were Looking For

  • Proven experience in recruitment (essential)
  • Strong communication skillsboth written and verbal
  • Experience using job boards and sourcing tools (desirable)
  • Experience recruiting in education, specifically work based learning Health and Social Care assessors (desirable)
  • Ability to work at pace in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles
  • Resilience and focus under pressure
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Solid IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, databases)
