IT HR Project Manager - €700-€850/day - 50% capacity - Remote - 11 months - ASAP Start

Key Requirements

  • Experienced IT Project Manager with several successful full-cycle project deliveries.
  • Strong background in HR technology implementations and migrations, including complex transformation, carve-out or merger environments.
  • Proven experience delivering HR reporting, analytics or data-focused projects.
  • Experience managing complex governance structures and diverse stakeholder groups with competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with strong English required and additional language capability advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of an HR reporting and analytics transformation, working jointly with business stakeholders.
  • Develop and coordinate project phases, IT work packages and integrated delivery plans across multiple teams.
  • Manage core PM disciplines including schedule, budget, costs, risks, issues, testing and cutover.
  • Drive the transition from Legacy HR reporting solutions to a consolidated data and self-service analytics platform, ensuring business continuity.
  • Maintain project governance through quality gates, regular status reporting and preparation/moderation of Steering Committee meetings.
