Job Description:

  • Execute high-volume outbound activities, including cold calls, emails, and social selling
  • Generate meetings and appointments for clients
  • Provide clients with qualified SQLs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records of outreach activities and prospect interactions
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth handoff of qualified meetings
  • Continuously improve outreach strategies
  • Initially work as an SDR while helping build the Italian client base
  • Potentially develop and lead a remote team of SDR consultants in the Italian market

Requirements:

  • Native-level fluency in Italian, written and spoken, required
  • Professional-level English required for internal communication
  • Previous successful experience in B2B telemarketing and inside sales
  • Strong track record in cold outreach and follow-up using phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Agency background/experience
  • Strong understanding of and experience communicating with the Italian business audience
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work in the Central European Time zone
  • Available to work as a freelancer and invoice monthly
  • Experience in the IT/technology industry is a plus
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and drive for success
