Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify tax implications and provide recommendations to clients. Build and maintain a strong network within the Japanese business community to generate new business opportunities. Mentor and train junior team members on Japanese tax laws and regulations. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of tax services. Represent PwC in meetings and events with clients, industry organizations, and regulatory bodies. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of client interactions and tax services provided.
