<p><strong>Ready to take your orthopaedic career to the next level?</strong></p><p><br></p><p>If you know orthopaedics, understand the theatre environment and have the commercial drive to make things happen, this could be an opportunity worth exploring.</p><p><br></p><p>Our client is a recognised leader in <strong>joint reconstruction</strong>, delivering innovative implant solutions designed to restore mobility and improve patients’ quality of life.</p><p><br></p><p> They are now looking for an experienced <strong>person</strong> to take Clinical ownership across the<strong> Northwest of England.</strong></p><p><br></p><p>This is an opportunity for an established <strong>Clinical Specialist or Orthopaedic Specialist</strong> to join a high-performing team and play a key role in growing the joint replacement business across the region.</p><p><br></p><p>You’ll be at the heart of complex joint replacement procedures - combining your <strong>orthopaedic product expertise and clinical knowledge </strong>to support complex procedures, develop key customer relationships.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Provide <strong>expert clinical and product support</strong> during joint replacement and complex reconstruction procedures</li><li>Build strong, long-term relationships with <strong>orthopaedic surgeons, theatre teams and key stakeholders</strong></li><li>Deliver <strong>product, clinical and procedural training</strong> to customers</li><li>Identify and develop <strong>new business opportunities</strong> across the territory</li><li>Grow existing accounts and maximise the potential of key customer relationships</li><li>Work closely with the wider commercial team to <strong>drive revenue and achieve sales targets</strong></li><li>Use your clinical and product expertise to support surgeons throughout the <strong>customer journey</strong></li><li>Represent the company as a <strong>trusted partner</strong></li><li>Promote and develop the company’s innovative <strong>joint reconstruction portfolio</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>What We're Looking for</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Current <strong>Clinical Specialist, Orthopaedic Sales Specialist or Sales Representative</strong> with strong joint replacement/product knowledge</li><li>Proven experience supporting <strong>orthopaedic procedures in theatre</strong></li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>joint reconstruction and replacement</strong></li><li>Established relationships with <strong>orthopaedic surgeons and key NHS stakeholders</strong></li><li>Confident providing <strong>clinical and product training</strong></li><li>Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills</li><li>Highly motivated, ambitious and keen to make an impact within a growing territory</li><li>Full valid UK driving licence</li><li>Eligibility documentation to work in the UK</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Why This Role?</strong></p><p><br></p><p>This is more than a clinical support position.
