What we\'re looking for Our US-based client, a fast-growing DTC e-commerce brand specializing in hydration products, is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to create digital ad assets for social media campaigns. This role is essential for producing engaging, conversion-driven creatives that support growth across platforms like Facebook and Instagram. Responsibilities Design static and animated ad creatives for Facebook and Instagram. Work within brand guidelines to ensure consistent visual identity. Adapt and iterate on existing designs based on performance data. Collaborate with marketers and creative leads to meet campaign goals. Stay up to date on direct-response best practices and trends in digital design 1–2 years of design experience in e-commerce, startup, or agency environments. Strong portfolio showcasing social media ad creatives. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop. Solid understanding of direct-response design and the US market. Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced setting Nice to have Familiarity with video editing tools or simple animation. Experience designing for health, wellness, or consumer goods brands. Ability to work with performance data to guide creative decisions.
