Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum + £400 guaranteed monthly commission + £600 quarterly performance bonus - Progression to Account Manager includes 10% uncapped commission monthly.

Leads & Sales Activity

  • Manage, quote, and convert inbound loan enquiries efficiently.
  • Proactively generate new opportunities from our warm database via outbound calling.
  • Identify and nurture new business opportunities to expand our customer base.

Business Development & Strategy

  • Support the creation and execution of targeted business, marketing, and sales plans.
  • Increase brand awareness through networking and market-relevant promotional activities.

Operational & Compliance Excellence

  • Ensure all operational, credit, and compliance criteria are followed.
  • Apply fraud-prevention and risk-mitigation processes consistently.

Performance Expectations

  • Revenue Growth: Achieve targeted fee income and volume metrics.
  • New Business Activity: Maintain high levels of prospecting and lead generation.
  • KPI Achievement: Meet or exceed KPIs set by the Sales Manager.
  • Cross-Selling: Successfully promote the full suite of products.
