The Venue

BRIX is a New York–style warehouse conversion restaurant, bar and event space in London Bridge. We operate a busy à la carte restaurant alongside high-volume services, private events and large-scale brand activations.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Junior Sous Chef to work closely with the Head Chef, supporting both the creative direction and day-to-day kitchen operations. This is a hands-on role suited to a chef who thrives in fast-paced, event-led environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head Chef in running kitchen operations

  • Assist with menu development and creative input

  • Lead services across restaurant and events

  • Manage prep, stock control, ordering and kitchen logistics

  • Train and supervise junior chefs

  • Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency and hygiene

  • Ensure full compliance with food safety and HACCP standards

The Ideal Candidate
  • Experience as a Junior Sous Chef 

  • Background in busy restaurants, bars or event spaces

  • Organised, reliable and calm under pressure

  • Passion for modern food and high-quality execution

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
