Job Summary

The Key Leader role is an essential part of the store leadership team, impacting the guest experience and the sales floor daily. Key Leaders lead by example, support Educators, oversee operations of the retail floor, and use key performance indicators to prioritize responsibilities while adapting to day-to-day business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and People Management: Provide feedback, coaching, mentoring, career path guidance, and address performance concerns; recognize team members and document performance to support growth.
  • Guest Experience: Lead salesfloor operations, plan coverage, ensure a great guest experience, assess guest needs, provide product education, and support omnichannel programs (e.g., buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, ship from store).
  • Interact with guests to provide customized purchase and return solutions; articulate product value and address escalations to make it right.
  • Move dynamically on the floor to meet business, team, and guest needs.
Working With Others
  • Contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment; establish supportive relationships with team members; collaborate to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations.
Operations
  • Review business data and metrics to evaluate progress toward goals and adjust as needed.
  • Open/close the store in accordance with checklists.
  • Manage product presentation tasks, restock, and maintain the store’s format according to company standards.
  • Assign Educators cleaning tasks to maintain a luxury store environment.
  • Ensure use of in-store technology to support operations and guest experiences.
  • Adhere to safety policies and applicable laws/regulations.
Availability & Other Requirements
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Willing to work as part of a team and also independently; capable of moving through the store to assist guests.
  • Ability to move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg); work in an environment with bright lights and loud music.
Experience & Education
  • Experience: Retail/sales leadership preferred (supervisor or people management not required).
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; bachelor’s degree or equivalent a plus.
Eligibility
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older; provide Right to Work documentation as required (EMEA).
  • Must be able to travel to the assigned store with own transportation.
