We are growing fast, building a distinct market presence within Accenture's Talent Reinvention practice, and we are looking for a learning consulting leader who wants to shape this space — not just deliver in it.<br><br><strong>As a team <br><br></strong>You will join the Learning offering within Accenture's Talent Reinvention practice — a growth-oriented team that operates at the intersection of consulting, AI and enterprise transformation. We are not a traditional L&D function. We work with CHROs, CLOs and business leaders to redesign learning operating models, deploy AI-enabled platforms, build enterprise AI skilling programmes, and deliver end-to-end learning transformation.<br><br>The Learning offering is part of a broader Talent Reinvention practice that works across the full talent and transformation agenda — spanning workforce strategy, organisation design, change and adoption, talent operating model, and skills-based organisation design. You will be expected to operate comfortably across this breadth, connecting learning and skilling to the wider talent reinvention work our clients need.<br><br>We operate as one team with our LearnVantage product colleagues — joint pipeline, joint delivery, joint ambition.<br><br><strong>In this role you will <br><br><br></strong><li>Act as engagement lead on client programmes — taking overall responsibility for delivery, client relationships, team coordination and outcomes across complex, multi-workstream learning and workforce transformation engagements. <br></li><li>Be the person who can run the whole programme: overseeing learning experience design, content and learning development, platform implementation, delivery management and stakeholder engagement end-to-end. <br></li><li>Help architect enterprise-scale skilling solutions: advising clients on how to structure content ecosystems, integrate learning platforms and skills data, deploy AI tools, and/or build the operating model to sustain capability at scale. <br></li><li>Work fluidly across the talent and transformation agenda: connecting learning and skilling work to organisation design, change management, workforce strategy and talent operating model projects as client needs require. <br></li><li>Serve as a credible advisor on modern learning technology ecosystems: guiding clients through product or platform strategy and selection, with experience engaging senior stakeholders across learning, talent and business functions. <br></li><li>Design and lead enterprise AI skilling programmes — moving beyond awareness training to build role-specific capability that changes how people work. <br></li><li>Drive business development: identifying and shaping new opportunities, contributing to proposals and bid processes, and helping grow client accounts as part of a market-building team. <br></li><li>Coach and develop junior team members; create the conditions for analysts and consultants to perform at their best. <br></li><li>Contribute to practice development: building reusable assets, developing propositions and strengthening the team's market position. <br><br><br></li><strong>We are looking for <br><br><br></strong><li>A track record of leading end-to-end client engagements in learning, workforce transformation, talent or adjacent consulting — not just contributing to workstreams, but owning delivery and client outcomes. <br></li><li>Consulting or projects-based background: we are looking for consultants who understand the need for outcomes, value, delivery as well as an understanding of learning as a specialism <br></li><li>Comfort and credibility across the broader talent and transformation agenda: you have worked across or alongside organisation design, change and adoption, workforce strategy or talent operating model work — and can connect the learning thread to the wider transformation story a client is living through. <br></li><li>Experience with modern learning technology ecosystems: you can advise clients on content products, platform strategy and have worked with AI-enabled learning platforms or LXPs in a client or advisory context. <br></li><li>Commercial capability: you have contributed to business development, understand how consulting opportunities are shaped and won, and are motivated by market growth as well as delivery excellence. <br></li><li>Experience engaging senior stakeholders across learning, talent and business functions — with the confidence to influence and challenge at a senior level. <br></li><li>The ability to think at enterprise scale: how do you design a skilling solution that works for 50,000 people, not just a cohort?
