Responsibilities

  • Ensure a safe and healthy environment for staff and service users, complying with all relevant health and safety legislation.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across all facilities.
  • Promote and support marketing campaigns and uphold the service\\\'s brand.
  • Deliver excellent customer service in line with the Customer Charter.
  • Support the wellbeing of children, young people, and vulnerable adults.
  • Carry out routine administrative tasks and other duties as required.
  • Evening and weekend work is required as part of the normal working pattern.
  • RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification.
  • Experience working in leisure centres with wet and dry facilities.
  • Knowledge of health and safety legislation and HR procedures.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • A team player with cultural sensitivity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A commitment to ongoing training and development.
  • Flexibility in working patterns and locations may be required.
