Logistics Admin Assistant - 3 month FTC

Logistics Admin Assistant (3-Month Fixed-Term Contract) | £30,000-£32,000 | Hybrid | Shoreditch & Essex

We're working with a founder-led, fast-growing brand with a strong focus on individuality, inclusivity and self-expression. With an established presence across the UK and internationally, the business is continuing to grow and evolve while maintaining an entrepreneurial, close-knit culture.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team during a busy period of growth and support the smooth running of day-to-day logistics and fulfilment operations.

Reporting into the Senior Logistics & Operations Manager, you'll support the flow of stock from the warehouse through to customers and international markets. You'll be a key link between the business and its third-party logistics partners, ensuring systems, product information and documentation are accurate and up to date.

This would suit someone early in their logistics career who is highly organised, commercially minded and enjoys working in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Logistics Admin Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key point of contact between the 3PL warehouse and internal teams, coordinating warehouse priorities and requests.
  • Maintain accurate product, customs and shipping information across internal systems and documentation.
  • Support the Customer Service team with lost and damaged goods claims, providing the necessary documentation and information.
  • Assist with month-end reporting across multiple channels and systems.
  • Review and approve warehouse-related invoices.
  • Raise credit notes for warehouse reprocessing fees and supply chargebacks.
  • Support the wider Logistics & Operations team with day-to-day administration and operational queries.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, accuracy and efficiency across logistics operations.

What We're Looking For

  • Ideally 0-1 years' experience in logistics, operations or supply chain, with fashion or retail experience a bonus.
  • Experience using Mintsoft or another ERP/WMS system would be advantageous.
  • Confident working with data and Excel, with strong attention to detail.
  • An understanding of Incoterms, commercial invoicing, international shipping and trade compliance is desirable.
  • Highly organised with excellent time-management skills.
  • A proactive communicator who is comfortable working across different teams and with external partners.
  • Resilient, adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Someone who enjoys problem-solving and takes ownership rather than waiting to be asked.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9.00am-5.30pm
Working pattern: Hybrid

  • 2 days per week in Shoreditch
  • 2 days per week in Essex
  • Friday working from home

Potential: There is potential for the role to continue beyond the initial 3-month contract for the right person and depending on business requirements.

Why Join?

  • Opportunity to join a founder-led, growing fashion business
  • Hands-on exposure to logistics, operations and international fulfilment
  • Potential to stay with the business beyond the initial FTC
  • Office parking permit available
  • Food, drinks and refreshments provided in the office
  • Company laptop and work phone provided
