Manager-Financial Systems - American Express

This role is part of Digital Transformation & Operational Governance (DTOG) team within the Legal Entity and International Controllership Organization and serves as a strategic leader responsible for driving Digital Transformation and Generative AI agenda across the CLT organization.

This position requires a highly collaborative and visionary leader with deep technical expertise, strong business acumen, and a passion for innovation. The successful candidate will work closely with Finance, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Enterprise Architecture teams to drive sustainable operational excellence, establish governance standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The role demands intellectual curiosity, strategic thinking, and the ability to solve complex business challenges through technology-enabled solutions while providing leadership, mentorship, and technical direction to the broader team.

The incumbent will lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide transformation strategy, leveraging automation, analytics, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies to modernize finance operations and deliver measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities include identifying transformation opportunities, designing scalable technology solutions, and overseeing end-to-end program execution from ideation through deployment and value realization.
