Manager - Identity and Access Management

<p><b>About the role:</b></p><p> </p><p>As a Manager within PwC's Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) practice, you will lead the delivery of strategic identity governance programmes that help clients secure critical assets, manage regulatory risk and accelerate digital transformation. Working with senior client stakeholders, you will define IGA strategies, operating models and governance frameworks while leading complex transformation initiatives across enterprise environments. You will help organisations adopt AI-enabled identity governance, intelligent automation and modern controls for both human and non-human identities, including workforce, third-party, service, machine, application and workload identities. Combining strong technical expertise, stakeholder management and commercial acumen, you will develop high-performing PwC teams and deliver measurable business outcomes using leading platforms including SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra, Cyera and Orchid Security.</p><p> </p><p><b>What your days will look like:</b></p><ul><li>Lead and deliver Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) engagements, shaping strategy, target operating models and large-scale transformation programmes across platforms including SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra, Cyera and Orchid Security.</li><li>Drive innovation in modern identity security, helping clients adopt AI-enabled identity governance, intelligent automation, identity analytics and effective controls for human and non-human identities, including service, machine, application and workload identities.</li><li>Develop high-performing PwC teams through coaching, mentoring and quality assurance, fostering technical excellence, supporting professional development and promoting a collaborative and inclusive culture.</li><li>Build trusted client relationships and drive business growth, leveraging market insights, emerging identity technologies and cyber security trends to strengthen PwC's market-leading identity capabilities, develop propositions and contribute to sales opportunities.</li></ul><p> </p><p><b>This role is for you if:</b></p><ul><li>Lead the design and delivery of modern IGA solutions, leveraging SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra, Cyera and Orchid Security to strengthen governance, automate identity lifecycle processes and reduce identity-related risk.</li><li>Apply deep technical expertise across enterprise and cloud identity ecosystems, integrating identity governance capabilities with business applications, directories, cloud platforms and modern digital architectures, including Sailpoint or Saviynt engineer qualifications and/or SC 300 certifications</li><li>Drive innovation through AI-enabled identity governance, utilising intelligent automation, access recommendations, identity analytics and risk-based decision making to improve governance outcomes and operational efficiency.</li><li>Demonstrate experience governing non-human identities, including service accounts, machine identities, application identities, API credentials, workload identities and cloud-native identity platforms.</li><li>Lead complex client engagements and transformation programmes, overseeing delivery, governance, stakeholder management, budgeting, quality assurance and strategic advisory activities for senior business and technology stakeholders.</li><li>Contribute to the growth of PwC's Identity & Access Management practice, supporting proposition development, methodologies and accelerators, coaching junior colleagues, and contributing to business development activities from initial scoping through to successful delivery.</li></ul><br /><p><b>What you’ll receive from us:</b> </p><br /><p>No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our <a target="_blank" href="https://www.pwc.co.uk/careers/about-us/reward.html">benefits</a> are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions. </p><p>We offer a range of benefits including empowered flexibility and a working week split between office, home and client site; private medical cover and 24/7 access to a qualified virtual GP; six volunteering days a year and much more. </p><br /><br>
