Marketing Associate (0-3 years)

Marketing Associate

London (Hybrid)

What if your first role gave you genuine ownership, the opportunity to shape strategy, and the chance to influence campaigns seen by millions?

We're partnering with one of the UK's fastest-growing consumer businesses to find exceptional graduates & juniors to join their high-performing marketing team. From day one, you'll own projects, analyse performance, develop new growth strategies and see your ideas implemented at scale.

If you're naturally curious, commercially minded and enjoy solving problems, this could be one of the most exciting opportunities on the market.

The Opportunity

You'll join a fast-paced team responsible for scaling partnerships with hundreds of digital creators across international markets.

Join a fast-growing consumer brand as a Graduate Partner Marketing Associate in Central London. This hybrid, entry-level marketing role combines affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, TikTok Shop, e-commerce, creator partnerships, social media strategy, campaign management, data analysis and commercial growth. Ideal for an ambitious candidate with a strong academic record, excellent analytical skills and an interest in digital marketing, start-ups and fast-paced commercial environments. Previous marketing experience is beneficial but not essential.

Your role will combine:

  • Marketing strategy
  • Commercial thinking
  • Data analysis
  • Relationship management
  • Project ownership
  • Performance optimisation

You'll inherit proven systems but will constantly be challenged to improve them. You'll analyse what's working, identify opportunities, test new ideas and scale successful initiatives.

If you enjoy asking "How could this work better?", you'll thrive.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Developing and executing partner marketing strategies
  • Working with digital creators and affiliate partners
  • Analysing campaign performance and identifying growth opportunities
  • Managing multiple product launches and marketing initiatives
  • Testing new ideas through rapid experimentation
  • Coordinating external partners and ensuring campaigns run efficiently
  • Working closely with commercial and marketplace teams to drive measurable results
  • Taking ownership of projects with real commercial impact
Who We're Looking For

We're far more interested in potential than previous marketing experience.

You'll likely be someone who:

  • Has an exceptional academic background
  • Have worked at a high growth start up (desirable)
  • Enjoys solving complex problems
  • Thinks analytically but is also creative
  • Is naturally proactive and takes ownership
  • Learns quickly and enjoys being challenged
  • Is comfortable making decisions with incomplete information
  • Wants responsibility early in their career
  • Thrives in ambitious, fast-moving environments

Marketing experience is welcome, but by no means essential.

Ideal Background

We'd particularly love to hear from graduates who have demonstrated excellence through a combination of strong academics and meaningful extracurricular achievements.

Examples might include:

  • Graduated from a leading UK university
  • A-levels including A/A* grades (or international equivalent)
  • Leadership positions in societies or sports clubs
  • Entrepreneurial projects or side businesses
  • Internship experience
  • Content creation or social media experience
  • Consulting, strategy or commercial internships
  • Evidence of initiative outside of university

No single path is required—we're looking for high potential rather than a specific CV.

Why This Role?

Unlike many graduate programmes, you'll have genuine ownership from the beginning.

You'll join a business experiencing exceptional growth, where ideas are judged on their quality—not your job title.

Expect:

  • Significant responsibility from day one
  • Direct exposure to senior decision-makers
  • Rapid learning and development
  • Clear progression opportunities
  • A collaborative, high-performance culture
  • Hybrid working in Central London
  • Competitive salary and benefits
If this sounds like you...

We'd love to hear from you.

Whether you've studied Economics, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, PPE, Languages or another analytical subject, if you're ambitious, intellectually curious and excited by solving commercial problems, we'd encourage you to apply.
