Marketing Co-Ordinator (Part-time)

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled marketing freelancer to join our friendly team. Duties will include designing a marketing strategy, collaborating with content creators to manage social media platforms, preparing posters for events, preparing timetables/flyers, organising distribution of print material, updating website, designing layout for monthly newsletters, distribution of email marketing using Constant Contact, attending and reporting to quarterly board meetings.

Hereford Yoga is a small charity based in central Hereford. Hours are flexible but should be spread across the week. Minimum hours 2.5 per week, but extra hours may be requested on an ad-hoc basis as available.

Work from home with monthly meetings at Hereford Yoga Centre (or occasionally online). The marketing co-ordinator will work closely with the managing director, the administrator and the social media content creator. The successful candidate will have experience of marketing, design and promotion, good local knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Skills

Essential:

Local knowledge

Preferable:

-Interest in/experience of Iyengar yoga
