We’re looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Executive to support our growing catering brands. Working closely with and reporting to the Catering Marketing Manager, you\'ll help bring our marketing to life and shine a spotlight on our catering venues within Carriages Ltd.

This is a varied and hands-on role, perfect for someone with a flair for storytelling, a creative mindset, a keen eye for detail and a passion for hospitality.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Website Management: An opportunity to own and manage the website which is home to multiple venues under the Carriages business. You will upload and update website content, ensure pages are current and reflect the brand messaging plus coordinate with the wider catering team for new content. You will also have the opportunity to monitor the performance of the site using Google Analytics to track user behaviour.
  • Design Support : Support in the asset creation and editing of branded materials such as event posters, menus, table cards, signage and invitations. Ensuring brand consistency, stakeholder liaison including gathering requirements through to print and production coordination.
  • Social Media Support:Assist the Catering Marketing Manager to manage our social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram) by scheduling content, engaging with followers and helping to build our online community.
  • Events Assistance:Support the planning and delivery of events across the site - from intimate wine evenings to family-friendly seasonal happenings.
  • PR & Influencer Coordination: Work with the Catering Marketing Manager to create compelling PR pieces and support wider promotional activity.
  • Content Creation:Channel your creativity into crafting captivating content for various platforms, ensuring our online presence is as tantalising as our cuisine. This may include blog posts, PR post and award entries.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality or similar - or equivalent experience.
  • Is confident with social media platforms (especially Instagram and Facebook) and can write engaging, accurate content.
  • Has strong organisational skills and is happy juggling multiple projects.
  • Is a natural communicator with good attention to detail and a creative mindset.
  • Has some experience with design tools such as Adobe InDesign or Canva.
