The Role
As a Medical / Healthcare AI Trainer you will review healthcare-related data, clinical documentation, and care workflow materials for accuracy and consistency. You will use your real-world clinical knowledge to identify gaps, clarify ambiguous information, and produce structured summaries that improve healthcare-related processes.
This is contract, part-time work for people who can apply medical operations or patient care experience to careful document review and evaluation tasks.
What You'll Do
- Review healthcare data, clinical records, and workflow materials for accuracy and consistency
- Interpret patient care scenarios, medical terminology, and applicable compliance or documentation requirements
- Identify documentation gaps, inconsistencies, and items that need clarification
- Prepare clear, structured summaries of healthcare concepts and information
- Apply strong attention to detail when evaluating clinical information and documentation
- Support process and workflow improvement work tied to healthcare operations
- Perform evaluation and rating tasks and produce text summarizations on document data
Requirements
You must bring healthcare domain experience and strong documentation skills. Prior AI or annotation experience is not required.
- Background in healthcare, medical operations, clinical support, or patient care
- Comfort interpreting medical terminology and patient care scenarios
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and documentation practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to write clear, structured summaries
- Clear communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment
- English language fluency required
Schedule, Pay, and Task Details
This is part-time contractor work with a recommended commitment of 20+ hours per week. Pay is hourly, between USD 15 and 25 per hour depending on task and performance. Work is document-focused: you will evaluate and rate documents and produce text summarizations as specified by task guidelines.
