Microsoft Azure Cloud Sales Executive

Microsoft Azure Cloud Sales Executive Location: Remote (UK-Wide) Salary: £28,000+ per annum (depending on experience) Commission: Up to 20% of margin per deal (high earning potential) Ready to Sell Something Businesses Actually Need? Let's be honest – not every sales role is exciting. This one is. At R-Com Technical, we're helping businesses modernise the way they work through Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, cyber security, cloud infrastructure, and digital transformation solutions. As organisations continue to move away from legacy systems and invest in cloud technology, demand for our services is growing rapidly. That's where you come in. We're looking for an energetic, commercially minded sales professional who enjoys building relationships, opening doors, and creating opportunities. Someone who gets a buzz from winning new business and wants to be part of a growing technology consultancy with ambitious plans for the future. What You'll Be Doing No two days will be the same. One day you could be speaking with a business owner who's struggling with outdated systems. The next, you'll be discussing cloud migration strategies with an IT Director or helping a growing organisation improve security and collaboration through Microsoft technologies. Your role will focus on identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and introducing solutions that genuinely help businesses operate more effectively. You'll have the support of experienced technical specialists who can handle the technical detail, allowing you to focus on what you do best – building relationships and winning business. Who We're Looking For You don't need to know every technical detail about Azure, but you do need to understand technology, be commercially aware, and feel comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers. We're interested in people who are naturally curious, confident communicators, and motivated by achieving results. If you've worked in technology sales, managed services, cloud solutions, telecoms, software, or IT recruitment, you'll likely have the transferable skills we're looking for. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who enjoys the challenge of developing new business and wants to grow alongside a business that's going places. Why Join R-Com Technical? We're not a huge corporate organisation with layers of management and endless meetings. We're a growing consultancy where your contribution genuinely matters. You'll have the freedom to work remotely, the opportunity to build your own client base, and the chance to earn significant commission on top of your salary. As the cloud division continues to expand, there will also be opportunities to develop your career and take on greater responsibility. What's In It For You? * £28,000+ basic salary depending on experience * Up to 20% of margin per deal * Fully remote working across the UK, may be required to attened training days. Teams will be arranged where possible * Flexible working arrangements * Ongoing training and development * Genuine career progression opportunities * Support from experienced technical consultants * Opportunity to work within one of the fastest-growing areas of technology Interested?
