Job Description We are seeking an experienced Power Platform/D365 solution architect to join our MS Applications Capability. Our Capability is expanding rapidly and there will be an opportunity for you to achieve medium and long-term career goals and to also shape strategic direction with a focus on Microsoft low-code solutions. You’ll be considered the expert in low-code and the digital transformation or migration to low-code from legacy services. Understanding the customers’ needs, being accountable for successful technical delivery, establishing technical direction, delivering excellence, and driving innovation, are all key aspects of the role. You’ll have a wide range of work, with a strategic focus and hands-on problem solving with teams. You’ll bring experience of delivering critical or high-profile projects, leading teams and commercial awareness of customers’ requirements. You will be a pivotal role within the capability, helping to shape opportunities and grow the team. Qualifications Being eligible for Security Clearance in the UK. Proven architectural experience in Dynamics 365 (CE) and Power Platform. Proven breadth of experience and accountability being accountable for usual architectural output. Additionally, proven experience in delivering whole solutions in application architecture, including integrations and testing. Demonstrate excellent consultancy skills, experience in shaping, managing and leading large / complex workstreams within global multi-supplier engagements. Ability to communicate effectively and credibly with senior stakeholders. Practical product development background - you can technically lead multiple projects, resolve technical issues, and prioritise non-functional requirements to ensure a successful technical delivery. Commercial and business awareness to drive business growth via pre-sales activities such as preparing and delivering presentations, bid responses, writing technical and commercial documents and assist in project forecasting, planning, estimation, and delivery. Experience of implementing copilot solutions and addressing customer challenges with copilot tools. Able to prioritise your time across multiple engagements, particularly when working to deadlines. A demonstrated ability in managing, coaching, and developing junior members of your team, including performance management activities. Be involved in the MS community and an active observer of latest releases and new developments, driving knowledge sharing across the wider team.
