The role

We’re looking for a confident, versatile Mid-Weight Graphic Designer with 2–5 years’ experience to join our creative team. This is a hands-on design role centred on digital: you’ll be producing high-quality creative across paid social, display, email, landing pages and wider digital campaigns — from first concept through to the final, fully resized set.

On performance channels, creative is now one of the biggest levers on results. So the work isn’t only about looking good; it’s about ideas that stop the scroll, communicate in a second, and can be tested, learned from and scaled.

Beyond the craft, this role carries genuine responsibility. We don’t have account managers, so you’ll be a credible face of the creative team in client conversations — presenting work, fielding feedback and explaining creative decisions with clarity and confidence. You’ll also play a key part in supporting our junior designers and raising the quality of output across the team.

If you have a sharp eye for layout and typography, take real pride in a well-built template, and you’re ready to take a step up, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

• Design and Production: Create polished, on-brand creative assets across paid social, display ads, web banners, email campaigns and landing pages, from concept through to final delivery.

• Concept Development: Respond to briefs with clear creative routes, bringing ideas to life through layout, typography, colour and imagery.

• Brand Guidelines and Design Systems: Work confidently within client brand guidelines, and build and maintain templates and design systems that keep output consistent at volume.

• Creative Scaling: Adapt and scale assets across formats, sizes, and platforms without compromising on quality.

• Light Motion: Where a brief calls for it, bring static designs to life with simple social animations, working alongside our motion designers on more involved pieces.

• Client Communication: Work directly with clients — we don’t have account managers, so you’ll be presenting creative work, explaining design decisions and managing feedback with professionalism and confidence.

• Junior Designer Support: Work alongside and mentor our junior designers, providing constructive guidance, reviewing outputs, and helping maintain consistent creative standards across the team.

• Creative Testing: Design test variants with our paid media and strategy teams, review how they perform, and feed the learnings into the next round of creative.

• Project Management: Manage multiple briefs simultaneously, communicating progress proactively and adapting priorities as needed in a fast-paced agency environment.

About you

• 2–5 years’ experience as a graphic designer, ideally in an agency, in-house brand or performance marketing environment

• A strong portfolio of digital design work across paid social, display and email, showing both original concepts and assets produced at scale

• Excellent typography, layout and composition skills, with a real eye for detail

• Highly proficient in Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator

• Working knowledge of After Effects for simple animation is a plus, though not essential

• Comfortable in client-facing situations, able to present work confidently, take feedback gracefully, and hold your own in a room

• Some experience supporting or mentoring more junior creatives, with a constructive approach to feedback

• A solid understanding of how creative performs across digital channels, particularly paid social and Google campaigns

• Comfortable working across multiple formats and aspect ratios for paid social platforms

• Able to balance multiple projects at pace, communicating clearly with internal teams and clients about priorities and timelines

• Detail-oriented, with a consistent standard of output whether working on a one-off concept or scaling templates at volume

Bonus skills (not essential but appreciated)

• Awareness of or experience with creative automation tools like Celtra

• Familiarity with A/B testing and performance-driven creative strategies

• Photo retouching and image compositing skills

• Copywriting ability or experience developing ad copy alongside visual assets

• Enthusiasm for AI — including image tools such as Adobe Firefly or Midjourney — and how it can enhance your workflow
