**Job Description:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Mobile Phone Repair Technician to perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on various mobile phone models. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for technology.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Diagnose and repair a wide range of mobile phone issues, including screen replacements, battery replacements, and hardware repairs.

  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure all repairs are successful and devices are functioning correctly.

  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and inventory management.

  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating repair progress and addressing any customer concerns.

  • Keep up-to-date with the latest mobile phone technologies and repair techniques.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in mobile phone repair, with a strong understanding of different phone models and common issues.

  • Technical certification or relevant training in mobile phone repair is preferred.

  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Availability to work part-time hours, including weekends if required.
