Sidcup Family Golf is a vibrant and growing leisure facility, featuring two exciting 18-hole Adventure Golf courses, a 46-bay Driving Range with Toptracer technology, and a welcoming Caf . Open seven days a week, we provide an engaging experience for all ages, rain or shine.

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Morning Cleaner to support our opening team and help ensure the Venue is fully prepared for guests each day. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands on role and takes pride in delivering high standards.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As an Early Morning Cleaner, you will play an important role in ensuring the venue is maintained to an exceptional standard. Working as part of the team, you will complete essential tasks each day in different areas so the venue is ready for guests by 9:00 AM daily.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical, hands-on work in a team environment and takes pride in helping to deliver an excellent guest experience from the very start of each day.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Cleaning & Operations

  • Carry out daily cleaning duties across the venue, including the driving range, caf , toilets, public areas, and any other designated areas.
  • Ensure all areas are cleaned and presented in line with company standards.
  • Support the care and upkeep of venue assets, equipment, and resources.
  • Use cleaning equipment safely and report any faults, repairs, or replacement needs.

Health & Safety & Compliance

  • Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.
  • Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to the supervisor or manager.
  • Complete required checklists accurately in line with company policy.
  • Ensure personal level of compliance within Access Learning is 100% at all times
  • Ensure all BGL procedures and policies are adhered to.
  • Follows all company policies and procedures, e.g., attendance, timekeeping, dress code, name badge, appearance.

Operational Support

  • Help ensure the Centre is ready to open for business by 9:00 AM, seven days a week.
  • Use equipment safely and report if repairs or replacements are needed.

KEY EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

Experience

* Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.

Skills

* Good communication skills: verbal and listening.

  • Basic understanding of health & safety principles (training will be provided).

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND QUALIFICATIONS

* The post holder will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS Check to carry out the role.
