Cleaning Operatives – West London (Paddington, W2)

Dazzle is a tech-led commercial cleaning company providing professional cleaning services across London. We are currently looking for two experienced Cleaning Operatives to join one of our client sites in West London, Paddington W2.

This is a regular morning cleaning position, ideal for someone looking for consistent weekday hours.

Shift Details

  • Monday–Friday from 5:00 AM–8:30 AM (fixed)
  • 17.5 hours per week per operative
  • £14.50 per hour
  • 2 positions available
  • Expected start date: 21 September 2026

Requirements

  • Previous commercial cleaning experience is essential
  • Good spoken English
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Good attention to detail
  • Knowledge of COSHH and the colour-coded cleaning system
  • A working smartphone with your own data plan
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Valid DBS certificate
  • Able to commit to the full Monday–Friday schedule
  • Reliable access to the site for an early morning start
  • Available to start from 21 September 2026
