Warehouse Operative
Siamo Recruitment is currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives.

Shift: 
AM 0600 - 14:00 Monday to Friday 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking and packing customer orders accurately (including heavy lifting)
  • Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
  • Storing stock safely and efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate stock records
  • Supporting general warehouse operations
  • Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times
  • Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as forklifts where qualified.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and health & safety requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, organised warehouse using "clean as you go" principles.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve warehouse KPIs and service levels.
 
To be successful in this role, you should have previous warehouse experience, a positive and proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Basic literacy and numeracy skills are essential, along with a strong commitment to health and safety standards.
