We are looking for experienced Self-Employed Mortgage & Protection Advisers to join our team. .

We will automatically reject applicants without a valid CeMap qualification or equivalent showing on their CV, as this is an FCA requirement for this role.

  • Must Haves: Full CeMAP qualification (CeMAP 1, 2 & 3) or equivalent, strong organization skills, pass the Fit&Proper checks, and being able to generate your client database.
  • What We Offer: As a self-employed adviser with us, you'll enjoy generous commission rates of up to 85% on mortgages and protection products sold to clients, with expected earnings between £50,000.00 and 120,000.00 per year, depending on the time and passion that you dedicate to the role; you will also receive compliance support.

Client Retention: Advisors will retain ownership of their client base even if they decide to leave, ensuring long-term value and security for them.

  • Experience and Expertise: We're looking for seasoned professionals with at least two years of proven experience.
  • Direct Communication: We’re open to discussing personalized benefits and flexible arrangements over the phone, ensuring a more tailored approach.
  • Our providers: At Broker Advice Limited, you will have access to a panel of over 50 lenders, ensuring a wide range of options for your clients. Additionally, we have established strong partnerships with leading insurers.
